Nurse Christy will be here tomorrow Friday August 21st from 8 am to 4 pm.
There is a three step process tomorrow for technology pick up. To speed up your process please fill out your AUA before coming to the school. We will go as fast as possible and we ask that all families maintain social distancing protocols.
For families picking up technology tomorrow, you must complete your Authorized Use Agreement or AUA. Scan the QR code and it will take you to the login. The login is your student's ID# and the password is their birth date with the slashes ex. XX/XX/XXXX.
If your child is missing any vaccinations for school. Community Clinic will be hosting a Vaccine Clinic THIS Friday, August 21 from 1:30 - 4:30 at the Wellness Center at Jones Elementary
